does anyone know how to make plugs?

First, post this in the EV devlopers forum. Im going to assume this is a nova plug.
First, you need res edit. It is avialable on Apple's devloper website. Then you need the nova bible and templates. Then you need NOVA tools. Then i would suggest using Cafall's guide. Email the board memember "Cafall" or do a search on google. Cafall also uses the IRC server sometimes.

Hello- That's a pretty wide open question - but the nova tools make it as easy as possible to create your own additions to the Nova universe. Have you downloaded them yet?

Uh. Disco... Judging by the number of EV/EVO/EVN plugins that exist, that people do indeed know how to make plugins. Come on, ask a more specific question.
