To all plug-in developers who have made weapons and outfits

Why is there an Index ID ability anyway? I have no idea what good that would be, res ID's always seemed to work...

There are some places where you need to know the resource index number for such purposes as calculating the appropriate resource IDs for PICT and dësc resources.
