What are they for, at that?

You can use them to make people (well, Habnabits...) remember you.
I'd have to check, but I think there are at least 128 perm flags. Recommend starting with the lower numbers just to be safe. Also a good idea to write down all the flag numbers and what they reference, so that you don't accidentally re-use them, which will cause all sorts of annoying bugs with your conversations (believe me, I know.)
