Okay, I've done an extensive search for this, but I'm unable to find an answer to my question.
Is it possible, using the EVN engine, to create a description that pops up when the player attempts to capture a ship the player disabled (not a përs ship)? If so, could that description be controlled by ncb's and could it be different depending on success or failure?

I can't think of anything that even comes near this, so I think it's safe to say that they were either a) talking about something else, or wrong.
They may have been talking about the ability to make a dësc dialog display when you board a mission ship as part of an objective.
