I've looked everywhere in the cave but I can't find the tooth anywhere. I have searched for it everwhere and I have pathfinding. Where is it? any help would be appreciated.

From the PoG Walkthrough and Compendium section on Finding the Black Tooth:
Finding the Black Tooth: Orobas will have activated a teleport pad which will teleport you out of his cave to the ruins(and back again!). Your quest for the tooth lies in the temple of the Order of the Crystal. To get there you will need to cross Verandeep Lake. Head 1 screen south and then 1 screen west. Locate a cave at the center of the screen and enter it. Fight your way to the southern end and exit the cave. You will now be on the south side of Verandeep Lake! From here head 1 screen west and 1 screen south and you will find a large skull temple: the order of the crystal! Enter the temple and you will find a maze of walkways. Navigate around until you find a stairway down. Go down and search for a secret passageway on the eastern cave wall. Go through the passageway and you will find the missing black tooth! Take this and return to Orobas.

You are in the skull temple, right?
Did you find the stairway down?
You need to walk through a rock formation on the east side of the map. Just hug the wall and you should find it.
Another resource is Rubber Ducky's (url="http://"http://mywebpage.netscape.com/rduckfwj/pog/mapnotes.html")Interactive Map(/url). He has a (url="http://"http://mywebpage.netscape.com/RDuckFWJ/pog/page7.gif")picture(/url) of the cave in question so you should be able to look at it and figure out where the tooth is.
Basically wander around the first level til you find the stairway down, then wander around to find the next stairway down. On this third and final level you should walk around to the northeast corner and walk through the wall to find the tooth.
Let us know if you still can't find it.

Hi Gojita, In the Order of Crystal cave you have to go through a minimum of 7 screens to get to the bottom level where the tooth is. On my map, yellow-green lines show changes in level. As Stark has indicated, the tooth is at the end of the trail through lava rich terrain.

Thanks for the referal, Stark. Yes, they're loading slowly for me too today. I think it's a Netscape problem. Some days they come up right away. I'm not 100% happy with the site but it's the best I have to offer. ~RD

Wow, I'm surprised EVula hasn't posted yet. He can usually smell these types of despondance from miles away, offline...
RD, you might go and get yourself an evula.org account. It will work just like your netscape account(you just ftp your file to it and thats it), and I haven't run into any speed problems yet. I believe the limit is 20 MB or so(there is full information about the accounts at (url="http://"http://www.evula.org/")http://www.evula.org/(/url) ), which should be plenty for your maps if you wish to put them up over there. The accounts are free and you receive a POP3 email account as well. You do have to run evula's banners, but you run banners on the netscape account anyway, so it isn't a big deal. Plus with evula's banner system you have a few choices which I don't think you have with netscape accounts.
Something to consider. You do have options...

Hi Gojita, From the cave entrance (through the scull mouth), you have to go south through that screen, exit in the SE corner of screen 2, exit on the south side of screen 3, take the stairs down on the east side of screen 4, exit on the SE corner of screen 5, take the stairs down in the NE corner of screen 6, and find the secret passage on the NE side of screen 7. That is the shortest path which actually eliminates one and a half screens of the entire cave.
If you go east in screen 1 you will go through the parts not covered in the path above, but that will just put you back in screen 2. I think you have not penetrated deeply enough in the cave. There are a total of eight screens in the Order of Crystal cave, and you have to go through at least seven of them. I hope this makes it more clear.
Thanks, I found it. it seems that even though I thought I had gone in the lower passage South of the entrance, I hadn't and I was stuck there... Ill try to be more observant next time....... Thanks again

Indeed, one of the nice things about the banners on (url="http://"http://www.evula.org/")evula.org(/url) is that you can work them into the design of your site, rather than have them forced upon you. Plus, they're hand-picked so that there are no obnoxious flashing banners, and no pop-ups. Hurrah!
