Making a fighter bay with nova tools

For some reason, on every outfit/weapon i make, the resid's never work. I tried making a fighter bay. Clicked on second trigger, made everything right with the id's. but it still doesn't work. I know for a fact that it's the resid's because i even copied an original bay and pasted it on my plug-in. I changed the resid's and tried it. It didn't work. This always happens to me on every outfit. I don't know why. Help from experianced plug-in developers...

Is the ammo type of the bay pointing to a ship type?

yes. It's set to 172.

With Nova plugins, a new way to screw up is introduced: are you sure you didn't put in the resource ID when it was asking for the index number?

It says put in the resource id for the associative wëap resource.
In the outfits i have the bay as an outfit and the ship for the outfit.
for the weapon I have just the bay. Both the ship and the bay are linking to the Bay in the wëap resource.
Here are the id's
•Bay(outfit):445
•Ship(outfit):446
•Bay(weapon):445
I linked all the outfit id's to the weapon id.
As i said, the ammo type(meaning what ship) is set to 172.
