I've looked everywhere in the website for information or downloads that would list every resource that contained mission bit numbers, but I can't find it. Does anybody know where I can find one? If it doesn't exist please tell me so I won't have to wonder forever. If there is one, please post up the link.

Actually, if you look in the EV addons files, specifically utilities, several work for both EV and EVO. Some utilities there can scan the resources and provide what mission bits are used where.
(edit: Actually I'm not sure if that was your question. Oh well.)

Well, you're in the right track, if there is a utility that can scan resource mission bits, preferably, I hope that it lists all the mission bits number next the names of the mission it's associated so I could at least jot them down. Hopefully it's possible to make a database out of it for an ideal download.
