Is there a program that actually works which would let me customize and edit përs resources , which also takes into account of the original EVO data? If so, please post up the link.
Thanks

it's called ResEdit. A google search will reveal it, and the EVO addons page has it as the first on the list.

Matrix - I think he knows about ResEdit. But it is NOT very enjoyable to use - I assume he's asking for a program that does it in a more user-friendly manner.
To my knowledge there is not a decent përs editor for EVO. However, if you get creative with file types, you can make Schmelta-V think your EVO plug and EVO data files are EV files. Schmelta is a pretty good editor for përs and mďsn resources.

The përs resource will be in the next version of (url="http://"http://davidarthur.evula.net/mc.php")MissionComputer(/url), but at the moment I don't know of anything that edits përs resources for EV Override beyond ResEdit.

Man, if I could just wind up the clock and speed up time just to update Mission Computer. But for now, I have to try to figure out the hailing messages mess which is a pain and you can see why I posted this topic in the first place. And yes, I do have ResEdit, but when it comes to ID organizing, it's a nightmare.
The best way I know currently to edit resources en masse is to get ConTexResStore from (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/~dr_ralph/index/")http://homepage.mac....dr_ralph/index/(/url)
It may also be on the Add-ons page.
These will extract your resources into tab-delimited text files which can be entered into and modified in any spreadsheet application. Save the changed file as tab-delimited text and then ResStore it back into a plug.
There is also a utility on the EVOverride Add-ons page which will extract resources from EVC and Override, which can then be extended in spreadsheet format into Nova format and thus imported into Nova.

I can't find the ConTexResStore anywhere in the addons page and your link is missing and stuff. my email is prefectural@yahoo.com so why not send me the file that way.
