This is detailed in the Bible, but I'll just answer your question.
There's only one that has to be calculated, and that is the intro description (the first description you get). To find this, take your mission ID (861) subtract 128 from your it (733) and add 4000 (733).
The rest you can specify within the misn resource, but most people just use the same method to ensure you don't get overlap or confusion. So you'd have a BriefText of 5733, a summary text at 6733, and so on.

Yea, well, I was looking at it, and couldn't figure it out. Maybe I'm just stupid. In any rate, after spending a couple hours on the missions, the guy leading the plug told me not to do them because someone else did.... That's planning for you.
