hey, what if someone developed Starfox's ship? i don't really remember what it was called, but I bet it would make a nifty addition to the EVN universe. justa thought

The Arwing. It was called the Arwing. And personally, I think it would be a great idea to do that... Unfortunately, I don't have the talent or software to. It was a pretty neat ship, though, and it looked really cool. Hopefully, if someone does make an Arwing, they'll stay true to the original design of the ship, including weapons.

While a larger picture would be nice, I think that what you gave me is enough to get started on. Isn't that the box picture of the cartridge? I remember seeing that somewhere. If you want me to do the fighter too, I'll need a better picture.
But of course, Littonius, I have a couple other projects already in the works, so I'll have to slide the carrier in there some where. Probably not for a week at least :). If you find a better picture, post it.

Yea, and you'd better be workin' on those 0083 sprites! ;). Whoo... I gotta stop offering graphics services for the time being. I'm beginning to weigh myself down with too many projects. But yea, when I find some time, I'll get to work on it.
heck, I'd even finish the plug. Forgive me for being somewhat starfox ignorant. My parents never let me get game systems, and all my friends were into Playstation. I'd be willing to make the plug, but I don't know what kinds of weapons it had, nor the general specs. Same with the "arwing." If someone could email me with relevent info, I'd love to work on it.

yea, it's been forEVER since i rendered any actual sprites. i think i'll stick to modeling for a while, and maybe send you the scenes (if that's all right), mainly because that way you could get the camera distances and angles just right (although i think isometric is the view for all EV ships...) oh well, whatever works best.
Uh. Since you're using a format that I can read, I guess that I can render the sprites. We'll have to chat about this later.

Hey, I was both a fan of the original game for the SNES and StarFox 64, so I know a lot about the ships. I still have the manuals for the games, too, so I can pull information from there. If I get a chance, I'll send you an email later today with the necessary information.

hmm if you're doing this for EVN, maybe you should try to record some original Starfox voice commands when you have Arwing escorts and stuff, if you can.
