can someone make a plug where you startout the with a corvete and 4 sheild cappasaters and a sheild booster? if you can tell me

Yea. I could, but I don't like making cheater plugins. Why can't you do that? Why would you start with that equipment when you could simply reduce the cost of the items to zero, or to a negative value so that you gain money when you buy it? Or reduce the size of the outfits to zero and the max# to some absurdly high value? Generally, cheater plugs are REALLY easy to make.
