First, you need the Spells Expander plug and a registered version of PoG. Then, if you're starting a new game, go through the quests and talk to anyone you find. If you are using the plug with an old character, (Spoiler...kinda)go to Dernath and talk to the guy in the funny robes(end semi spoiler). Do hs mission, then you'll get to see what everyone is talking about!!

Make sure you have PoG 1.0.2 or higher.
Older versions will give you lots of headaches with crashes as Spells Expander uses updated code that only plays well with 1.0.2 PoG or higher.
