Sprite and image problems

I'v added three new ships ID 411 412 413.
I selected ship sprite IDs between already used ships and they show up just fine.
Then theres the small shipyard pic, radar pic and the large ship info pic.
The small shipyard pic and radar pic IDs are ship ID + 4872 and ship ID + 2872 they show up in novatools just fine. Yet in nova, small shipyard pic show up fine, but the radar pic always shows up as the RAGE gunboat, always.
For the large shipyard info pic. its ship ID + 20000, and they just flat out dont show up.

Making another plug apart from the top one I use the ship ID 411, (yes I dont use other plugs with it so it works)
I make a animating sprite for the vell-os javelin. base count 2 so its 72 sprites in all, its set up somewhat like a manticore, animation delay 5 and extra Frames in sequence is checked. It animates fine in novatools, but in nova, it only shows the first base number of sprites.
Is this fault in novatools or is the problem seen in nova with anyone?

I've never encountered that problem. I made a 288 frame image (8 base frames*36 frames per set) and it works fine in my Gundam 0083 teaser plug. Did you forget a mask? I'm not entirely sure if that would make novatools go mad, but it'd be a problem in Nova. Did you remember to set your shäns to the same ids as the ships that they represent? If you didn't that'd be your problem.

As for your shipyard problem, I've ALWAYS had problems getting them right (it doesn't matter which EV you choose). Thus for the teaser, I didn't put them in (that and I didn't have time to make them).

no and yes
Every thing seems sound, the shan looks perfect in novatools, but just dosn't do anything. I have experience with shans and sprites since I made shields for all of the nova ships, but this is a pain.

This may be a bug. I've noticed and reported another problem with shäns where the nova bible says the opposite of how the engine works. The bible makes more sense than what the engine does too. This is not the same problem as what you have, but goes to show that shäns don't always work as they are "supposed to". You may want to report this as a bug, and it may be fixed in 1.0.1.
