I was wondering if anybody would care to explain Nova Control Bits and their implementation more specifically than is done in the EV Nova Bible?

Search the boards. Correct me if I'm wrong, but mrxak (I think that's who it was) posted a good description, as did others. If you can't find the info you need via searching, ask again, but you should search the boards for information before you post your question.
