In my spare time, I've been making my own little plug involving cows (don't ask) and a system north of S7evyn. I created two përses and put them into the s˙st resource with a 100% chance of appearing. Yet they never do.
Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong, or would I have to send you my plug to ascertain that?

I have exactly the same problem; my düdes always appear without fail, but for some reason the përs doesn't seem to work. I've had a look at some of the built in përs, but I can't see any difference, except mine have a 100% appear rate. -_-

I have the exact same problem. I made a new system, made a përs, gave it a 100% appearance rate in that system, but it never appears. I looked around the built-in përs, but I can't find any difference. -_-

Hm. Maybe if I decrease the chance to 95 or something it'll work...
Oh, I just remembered another thing: There are two systems and gövts in this plug, the Cow Clan and the Cow-Tippers. I, of course, set them as enemies in the gövt resources. However, they refuse to fight each other. I am using NovaTools from wootWare. I think I have put both the ID and index numbers in, and neither work. Has anyone else had trouble with getting people to try to kill each other?

Probally should be on the dev forum, but have you tried a new pilot file? Sometimes you have to start a new one to get them to show up, evidently. Might of been another way, but if so I forget it...

You must start a new pilot file for new përs resources to show up, and not just sometimes.
