It's not an automatic process - your files appear as soon as a moderator sees and moves them.

Yes. If the file isn't stuffed (and doesn't have a contact listed in the description), it gets deleted. Pretty much everything gets added, though; my main job is just deciding where stuff goes (ie: cheats, utilities, guides, etc.).
