Well, I tried e-mailing you, but my SMTP server is down, so I'll put up my request here:
Since you're "on a roll," I've got a ship I need done (two variations on the same one, actually). The first variation is a fighter about the same size as a shuttle, maybe a bit smaller. It's designed to be mass-produced, cheap, and launched in huge swarms. It should be the bare essentials: a small cockpit, a small engine assembly, 2 blaster cannons symmetrically positioned, possibly on a sort of wing. Everything cmall and compact. The second variation is a slightly larger model - what the fighter would be if its designers had not gone along the industrial path. It is more meticulously designed, better in quality, and possibly more streamlined. I'm going to use this in a small plug coming up that details the rise of a rival to Sigma Shipyards. Thanks.

is this a ship for Nova or Classic? I don't know all the views for Nova so you'd have to tell me what to do for them. Also i'd like to know what colors you'd like, etc.
I still have yet to experiment with Nova engine glow and what not, but I think I can manage. Yes, I am open for buisness too!

This is a fighter-class ship for Nova. The Nova views are at 45°, and I'll just need the standard 36 step rotation. Umm... let's see... no type of paint, per say, but a nice new metal color, maybe like the Viper a bit. I think the specifics for engine glow etc. are as follows: Separate sprites for standard ship, engine glow, and running lights, but the banking sprites are included as extra slots in the standard sprite pic. (e.g. a 6x18 PICT where the top 6 rows are standard flight, the next 6 are banking left, and the last 6 are banking right.) I don't think any ship animations would work here, but if you have a good idea, go ahead and run with it. I'll also need a shipyard pic (standard as in EV/O) with a yellow background, like the one behind the Leviathan or any other civ. ship. Oh, what else? Umm... oh yeah! One "action shot" for the info screen (320x240 up to 640x480), if you feel up to it, and one comm pic (not sure of the size, make it 200x200 just in case). I think that's it. Sounds like a bit of a tall order, with two ships to make, but hopefully you can do it.
Thanks! -Matt
I think I'll be able to do that (thinks about ways to do it in infini-d)... It'll take a while though, so prepare yourself for a wait (maybe a week or so? i can't do it on a weekday this week anyway)... Hm, this'll be good practice for me.
so you want engine glow, running lights, and banking for BOTH ships??

Yeah, of course. Looks like my e-mail server is still down. I got a couple ideas from an old contest topic, and I'm plugging away (to steal a pun from Frandall) at all kinds of outf's and other such things. Thanks again!
