EV Nova Target Generator is a simple utility that can take ordinary colour pictures - like shipyard shots - and automatically convert them into the scan-line form used for EV Nova's target graphics. It can create the graphics in red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, yellow, grey, and the original picture colours. The following screenshots probably give a better picture of how it works:

It originally was a slider, but I changed it to a scrollbar so as to allow more precise control, especially on slower computers which take a long time to render each image for every single-pixel movement.
