Welcome to the boards. I believe the problem you are referring to can be solved by doing one of the two following things:
No-Download option: Before you open your plug-in in Res-Edit, open EV Data(not override) in Res-Edit first. This should work, but you must do it every time.
Download: From the EVO/EVC downloads page, download a file called something like "EV Resedit Templates". I believe it is in the Utilities section... Open this file in ResEdit once you unstuff it, and select all of the resources... Next, find the Res-Edit Prefs file. Open it IN RES-EDIT and paste(command v) the clipboard contents there. It should then contain the res-edit pref standard resources as well as the EV resources, shďp, gövt, et cetera.
Hope this works.

I think I know you're problem. Were you using EVedit on your plug. EVedit makes weird stuff like that so what I do is create a plug with Res. edit then go to EVedit if I want to use it. Hope that helps, It worked for me.

I don't think it's EV-Edit - I think Lequis is right, as that's much like what happens if you use ResEdit to open a plug-in without having the templates installed.

Speaking od Clavis, I need some major help on the mission where you have to find the stolen Neutron Kestrel! I've been searching for it for a month now and it's nowhere near any of the systems it's supposed to be near. Please help!
thanks
