Trying to make a plug using the EVO Bible(and Res-Edit) and EVO Dev map. My problem is that every time I goto make a system or steller, the government I created is not int the list. How do I give my things names?

Try naming the resource.

I've had a few problems with the EVO dev application... like I create a spöb and close the system when it's finished and it exists in a different system, so I delete it... ...and then they're both gone.... dunno.
