How do I specify which particular string in the string resource to use? For example in STR# 1000 how do I specify the third string? This is for EVO.

there are some resource types which allow you to specify a specific string, others select a string based on their resource id, and still others which allow you to specify the STR# id and choose a random string from it. now that i open resedit, though, i fear the pers resource is the only one of the first type (you can specify hailquote and commquote). if that's the case, just enter the number (the first one is 0) of the string you want to use from the associated STR#
