I'd like to create my own plug-in, but have no idea what to do. I've tried to wade through the EVO Bible, but it's all jargon that I don't understand one bit. All of the strange words with the two dots over the letters means nothing to me. And all of those numbers?! If somebody could provide me with a way to simplify this process, I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you very much.
And for the "strange words with 2 dots over the letter", know: -these 2 dots are an inflexion, used in French, like ´,` and ^ -you can type it by alt-u, +the letter (a vowel always), at least on american keyboards: ä,ë,ď,ö,ü,(˙ is never used).
I would like to encourage you, as the EV Bible is truly a difficult material. Good luck! Try beginning by a little cheat plug-in that sells a ship virtually invicible, it is a good beginning.
------------------ M'enfin! Y'a personne qui parle français ici?

Actually, it's called an umlaut (sp?). And the key used to type it is, last time I checked, called `option' on Macintosh keyboards.

And a word of advice -- don't make this in EV Edit, even though EV Edit works well enough to make this. However, little plugins are always what people should begin with. I made a little Igadzra Beam plugin that allowed you to buy the Igadzra Beam after the respective Igadzra missions . . . just a little tiny plugin that took about five minutes to make; but it was a good start to writing plugins.
