I think my res.edit templates are out dated and that's why im having so many bugs. Where can I find the newest templates?

I've been using that very set, but it appears to reflect EVO 1.0.1 ; the ship resource is a couple of lines short. I've been trying to edit, but...does anyone have a complete and correct 1.0.2 template?
