I started a new game tonight, immediately saved my character and played. I saved at several points along the way, not noticing that it did not confirm the old savegame overwrite like it used to. Then I died. No problem, i'll just load the savegame and continue killing....but it wasn't there. Couldn't find it using finder either, anyone else had this problem? Thanks,

Yes, Mr. Dampeoples, a little further down on this web board check out topic "Can't save using Jaguar". I don't know what the solution is yet but the problem is out there. A work-around has been suggested which seems to make sense, but I haven't tried it because I'm using OS 9.2.2.
Why am I not using OS X? My favorite computer cartoon shows a man (shall I say my age?) sitting at a computer with a pile of manuals at his elbow. The caption is: "My problem is that I'm one of the older models without enough memory."
