Whenever I try to take a movie I made and turn it into sprites, m2s says that there is an error -108 and won't work. My movies follow everything that they are supposed to, 36 frames, 1 second long, saved as quicktime movie etc. So just what the heck is wrong?!

Do you drag-and-drop the .mov file?

Yeah. I have also tried opening up m2s by itself and then converting the movie through apple+O but it still doesn't work.
I don't see why it wouldn't work. What version do you have? Are you sure you are saving the movie files correctly? If worse comes to worse (and the files are Strata3D files) you could send them to me, and I'll spin them for you.
It's 3.0.2. I save them as animations with 256 colors. Now, is there something wrong with that part?
Why don't you send them to me, and I'll figure it out.

I'll spin them, too, if you want.

There are two threads related to converting ships to sprites in Strata(right?). The information there will be helpful to make sure you are following the correct procedure: (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum9/HTML/002067.html")http://www.AmbrosiaS...TML/002067.html(/url) (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum9/HTML/002045.html")http://www.AmbrosiaS...TML/002045.html(/url)
Ditto for any tutorials inspired by those threads: (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum9/HTML/002053.html")http://www.AmbrosiaS...TML/002053.html(/url)

Alright, this is now a simple bug report. Through trial and error I found out that if you option-drag the move onto m2s you can select the size of the sprites from the picture/movie. The number can be no higher than 230 on each box for it to work properly. My movie was 300 by 300 and thus wouldn't work. An error -108 means that the file is too big. With 231 it will render the sprites but slowly and leave some out. 238 will make it quit without explanation.
