I've finished work on some plugin tools that will allow people to export data file and plugin resources to spreadsheets for editing, and then read the edited files to make a data file or plugin.
The software is easy to use: drag and drop.
It also works with both EVC and EVO, though you need to make some manual changes to the TMPL resources using ResEdit.
Because of the way I've written it, it is my hope that the software will also work with EVN data files once the TMPLs are released.
