I have seen alot of plugins in my day. And I started to develop on that would follow this. Where you LOSE..Even if you win. And once you are on the ropes then you have a chance of fighting back. I began one awhile back with a guy named AJ and 3/4 of the Galaxy was to be annhiliated. too bad we didn't finish it..Like most plugs started..It was a generic storyline though. The 'Aliens' reappear and as you progress most of the galaxy is destroyed. And humans are forced to take refuge farther and farther back..ect ect...then some kind of come back..but yeah. I think someone should make a plugin where you have to lose..

i like that kind of thing for realism. the first steps from earth is like that- sometimes no matter what you do you're going to lose (it's not often that one person can turn the tide of a war). it ends with only one faction in the galaxy; if you choose to be with that one from the beginning you get to win (at least, until a few sequels later. no one empire ever lasts forever), but if you run w/ someone else you're going to be forced to run away or die trying

Great War II, right? I wonder what ever did happen to AJ/Loki...his graphics were cool.
Personally, I find games (like EV) with a forced outcome inferior to those where you can make a difference.

Yeah that was the name we started with. I think we were gonna change it down the line. But then he dissappeared. And so do I. He made some REAL good stuff. We had some nice ships going. Oh well
Do you still have it? You could post it at Meowx's Orphanage - that way other people could use the graphics, and it might even get finished.

Where is Meowx's orphanage? I might find some use for that later on down the road if I decide to open up Res-Edit again and try to make something.
