EV-Edit also has an editor´s map. Just make sure you get 3.2.1 It also does items and weapons and such.

yeah, but EV-Edit screws up your plug-in. something to do with the systems. ResEdit is the best one to use, and after awhile, you get accustomed to the numbers.
