Whenever i go into an entrance of some sort , you know the things that look like stone walls with cave entrraces it shows a little map thing and i can't get out of it. the fantrima entrance, the entrance outside of berglum and the learning tree entrance are the 3 ive seen. I dont mean the actually entrance to the cities but the things that are somewhere outside of them in the forest. The learning tree one is east of the learning tre and if you look on the map it actually says learning tree entrance? anyone?
These are the tunnels that facilitate quick travel in PoG. You need to locate a tunnel to use it. Once this is done, you can click on a location name within the tunnel and teleport to that location.

how do you open it up without using it tho? like how do u get out?

You click on the area that you are currently in. If you went into the Learning tree tunnel, for instance, you would simply click on the learning tree on the tunnel map and you would go back outside.

In addition to the explanation dampeoples gave you, notice that the tunnel entrances are often 1 or 2 screens away from the actual city or place
