Forgive me for sounding like a total idiot, but where do you get the R&R; resources (and here I was, about to make a big plug-in (>50 missions) without even knowing)
They haven't been released to the public, I'm assuming (though you may want to check with a EVN team member) that they will be released along with EVN.

Regardless of Andrew's answer, my thought would be this: why?
It might be marginally helpful in starting plugin design, but if anyone is serious about a plugin they are better off spending time going over the bible with a fine-tooth comb and figuring out what sort of scenario would best use as many of those features as possible. Take down notes on all of the cool things you want to do with the new engine, and start looking at the overall plot and design of the universe. Then, when EVN is released and the R&R; Nova editing suite comes out, the plugin will very nearly make itself.
