Can anyone make graphics?

as per the suggestion of a moderator, I'm posting this here, a more appropirate place. So plz don't think I'm spaming it in every board

Can anyone make graphics for some EV and ares plugins? For ares, I'm trying to make a series of specialized net scenarios that replace the grimly boring routine where you build up a fleet of cruisers, and fight with no real edge or order. For EV, I'm trying to make a plugin that depicts what I do with every single EV plugin once I beat it. Cheat like crazy and make it more fun than the challenge of playing.

What I want is pretty basic, and not much at all. But I haven't got the right software or the knowhow to make graphics myself. I really don't care what anyone does with the sprites after making them, all credit will be given.
