Cool weapon idea somone could use

I just read the ramming weapon topic, and had the idea of a weapon that fires lrge boxing gloves
When they hit the enemy, they do no damage, but knock their ship very far!

Anyone want to put it in a plug, or -god forbid- already have and I didn't notice?

i say make a weapon of a big shoe that kicks out. its attached to your ship, and moves like a leg. you could give your enemy the boot

i actually tried to do it once, but i couldn't find any decent top-view pictures to do it (in the cartoon, they never look down on the sub). so i took out my model, borrowed a digital camera, and . . . took some crummy pictures. so i gave up.

The boxing gloves uh doesn't sound like a reasonable outfit. However, I am going to use impact bombs- huge impact but not much damage.
