I'm at my friends house right now on his HP Pavilion, it say 733mhz on the side, but I don't believe hit, my G4 is a 533mhz and it's way faster!!! Anyway, I'll try to get the mask fixed up tomorrow when I'm at my house.

o.k., no problem, i started writing a few ships and weapons for the plug (which i have yet to name... ;)).
it is actually 733MHz, while your's is 533MHz, it's just that pc MHz are measured differently than mac's. dunno why. so your G4 could TOAST his tiny HP. hehe, i have an AMD Duron that i can clock up to 950 MHz
i may as well get a list now... for when i get round to the pers... i'm gonna need some

Note on computer speed -
The Mhz rating of a processor is its number of cycles per second. However it does not give a very good indication of real speed unless you are comparing 2 <i> identical </i> computers. The reason the G4 is good is the RISK arcitecture, Alti Vec system, its 128bit, and much much more efficient than the Intel chips. They gotta keep cranking the clock cycles up and adding liquid nitrogen cooling systems, while the more efficient proccesor that completes over 1,000,000,000 (giga(G) = billion = 1,000 Million(M)) calcualtions per second although it only cycles the chip about 1/2 that (depending on your Hz rating).
Just thought I would try to clarify that (I failed completely didn't I? :p)

There is a lot more than just your processor, you ammount and speed of your RAM counts a lot, so does your mothermoard speed, bus speed, graphics card, atmospheric humidity, birthdate, probability of monkeys flying out of your left nostril etc.
