There is an online manual there (Click on Works)
Beyond that, just play around in strata for a while. Try menus, push buttons etc. Eventually you should get it.

Thats what I thought when I first got Infini-D. My first "ship" was merely a stretched out circle, two triangles for wings, and a cylinder for the cockpit.
Now, I can make a semi-good looking ship, just play around in it a bit.
