I working on a plug-in for EVO. I've added lots of stuff. Systems, stellars, outfits, weapons, etc. However, when I started up EVO, it crashed and said it needed more memory, but giving it more memory doesn't work. I don't know whats wrong. Did I just make TOO many systems or too many of something else? I've done tons of work on this plug and so I can't just start over. Please help!

I doubt that you've added too much. Try allocating more memory to EVO in the usual manner and see if this fixes it. If not, then the problem could be a Spin that's pointing to a missing graphic. Try doing the "Get Info." memory thing first, but if that still doesn't fix it then you're just going to have to wade through your spins and compare them to your sprites and masks. It's tedious but it works; I had to do it just today as a matter of fact.
------------------ Jon Potter Thank you for your cooperation. Good night.
Memory errors are actually most likely not caused by memory. If there is a serious error in a plug it will say that. get plug checker on the addons page and run through it, looking for major errors. Remember to ignore and 'snd 199 is missing', as that is not an error but it is reported by plug checker anyway.
------------------ I probably should put some witty remark here. But I won't.
Thanks for the help. I'll try that.
your welcome
It worked! I found a spin that didn't have any resource number, deleted it, and the plug worked again! Thank you all for your help!
