I'm starting a new plug. I have no idea what it is going to be about yet, but I'll keep you informed. I want at least 4 people to be on the team. I'll especially need graphics people. Please e-mail me if you have an idea about what the plug should be called, what the plot is, or what stuff I should have in it.

Wow. I had no idea that about 3-4 people would sign up to something that hasn't even been planned, let alone thought about properly. Don't make a TC. It's too much work. Start small. Supposing you're going to want to do a continuation of the story: Freedom and Hope, the Emalgha Saga (hehe, nice and cheesy). AFAIK, there are no plugs out yet which continue the Emalghan history. So here's how it goes: they are already in alliance with UE, so they meet the Miranu, hear about that device which allowed them to examine the nebulae, are allowed to use it, use it to find a passage through the Ji Nebule which leads to (suprise!) two colonies of Emalgha refugees who were sent there to await better times when the war was at its worst; you also need to help improve the Kelmaon planet for trading with the Miranu, you have to go search some artifact on a world deep in Voinian Territory, go ski on Kirrim Prime with an Emalgha Elder, steal the designs for the Turncoat to help improve the Emalgha fleet, find an ore in the North Tip Astroid belt to improve the fleet's armor, raid a few Voinian bases, track down an Emalgha Spy captured by the Voinians and bust him out of prison, help the humans conquer the Mihal system (it's on the map), conquer Voinian terrirory down to Niot and Romit, build a stronghold at DSN-8649 and finally completely destroy the Chens system (i.e. take it off the map to prevent the Voinians from ever going through there again).

Maybe if you put them on the add-ons page more people would be inclined to join, or more peopl would have faith in you. I'll be dammed if I'm going to join a plug-in team that has barely any idea what they're working on. Discovery may have been abandoned, but at least we had a good plot.... ~Gav
