I'm making a plugin called "Reign of the UE." As you would expect, it's going to be like :"Reign of the Voinians" except the other way around (UE conquers Voina). What I need are some graphics for a ship called UE Dreadnought. I'd prefer it be done in 3/4 view but top-down's OK, too. I tried Warlock Shipyards but they are not doing order right now. I also know ShadeOfBlue had something he said might be a "UE Dreanought" because of all the turrets but his link did not work. Does anybody have a UE Dreadnought-type ship I can use. I can't give you money, but I'll give you a pers in the plugin. Oh, and could you please make them .gif or .jpeg files? I don't have ResEdit so I can't use those files. Oh, and if you have them in plugin format, that's fine, too.

On a more serious note... a few months back, Peter Cartwright (the author of EVO) released the original Infini-D source models for all the ships in EVO... and some that didn't make the cut. There's an alternative version of the UE Cruiser that would make an absolutely PERFECT dreadnaught design, if it were just scaled up a bit. If you want, I can render you some sprites in a jiffy... just be sure not to credit me - I didn't design the thing, after all.

...Is there a way to get EVO source models for Strata3D? I'de really like to redo some of those ships for plug-ins but I can't find out how... any suggestions?

Export the model from infini-d as 3DMF, and then import it into Strata. If you don't have Infini-D, then you could just try importing them, but I'm not sure if it would work.

I was just searching old posts to find out if someone had converted the EVO models from Infini-D. As far as I can see, no luck. Some nice soul needs to convert those files to another format. I was interested in playing with them, but since I don't own Infini-D, and apparently can't get a copy easily...well, you can see the problem.

Yes. I am using this ship in my own UE plug-in. Jorinn made the sprites and stuff for me.
