I just downloaded Mission Control, the mission editor for EVO 1.0.2, and I think it's good, but how do I save my work. I am editing the mission text for one of the already existing missions, but it keeps returning to the original text. Please help me.

Before you open your plug, there's a little check box that says "safe, ream only"
Uncheck that and you should have it...

Where is Mission Control? And is there any reason it isn't on the evo addons page ( (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/games/evo/addons.html")http://www.AmbrosiaS...evo/addons.html(/url) )?

Mission Control is (url="http://"http://www.sutherland-studios.com.au/family/evo_software.html")here(/url). You'll have to ask Ralph or Rodger why it's not on the Add-ons page.

Yeah, it's a good program, and it's real easy to use.

It is still beta sotware! When it is stable and stops throwing up little bugs (er!) then we'll put it up on the Ambrosia archive.
I'm sort of in suspendended animation about it though. The new EVN structures will almost certainly require a major rewrite or even starting again from scratch. If that happens then we may just call it quits on ShipWrite 1.1b5 and Mission Control 1.0b1 and put them up as is - and then concentrate on new editors.
Cheers Ralph

I know it's still beta, I read the warnings before downloading. I was just stating that I didn't know.
If I add new systs and spöbs to my plug-in, before opening it with Mission Control, can I still use it, or will it still have the pre-programmed EVO systs and spöbs?

No. It's a mission editor.

Try it with an already existing TC plug, and see what happens. If you don't have any, then (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/games/evo/addons.html")download(/url) one.
