ARGHHH!!! its not that the tools palette doesn't work. it's that EV-EDIT DOES NOT WORK!!! unless you like undergoing extreme amounts of stress without producing any satisfying results... go ahead and use EV-Edit. but if you REALLY want to make a plug just get together a couple of utilities of your choice. the bible. and ResEdit and start programming!!!

The tools palette doesn't work for anyone else, either. EV-Edit can be a useful tool for making plugins, but it is not the only tool you'll need.
