I would like to save sounds from the Speech function on a mac, so I can adjust and import it into a plugin. Does anyone know a good way to do this?
Thanks

Try using a sound extractor like (url="http://"http://www.clixsounds.com/")Agent Audio(/url).

Thanks, but based on the web site, it doesn't look like it does anything Resedit can't do. I want to type a phrase with SimpleText, choose speak all from the sound menu and capture what is said in some format (sys7, wav, etc.).
In that case, you need Snapz Pro 2. It can save sequences as Quicktime movies, so all you need to do is make the movie then extract the sounds from it.
Say, that gives me an idea

Perfect! I hadn't looked at Snapz since before the update.
Thank you for your help.
