I was going through the EVO Bible and noticed that only 64 shipclasses were available. Does anybody know if this limit has been changed with the newer versions (which I have yet to download)?
Sincerely, Jon
P.S. I'm in the desperate search for yet another plug-in developing program. Anybody know one?

I dont think it has changed, and it wont change until EV:3.
As for the plug editing prog, you can choose from ResEdit or Resourcer, or if you're feeling adventerous save $150 and buy REALbasic at (url="http://"http://www.realsoftware.com/")http://www.realsoftware.com/(/url) and write your own.

I've got resourcer, nowt special. Stick with ResEdit - cheaper (like 100%) and looks nicer (hard to believe I know).

I agree that ResEdit looks nicer, that's because Resourcerer can't seem to handle the Appearance features from OS8 onwards.

Actually, I decided to re-visit Resourcer and found it quite usefull, infact, just as good as ResEdit. It's quite good, althoug I REALLY wouldn't spend $500 on it. ;)e-mail me
Yeah, it's a rip-off but it's still good.
