Hi Folks!
We just got a report of a sprite making program (p2s) that grows by itselt, from 60k to 22 megs! Now all I can say it that a piece of test code was left in ,which made PICT resources of the sprite graphics and accidently saves them in the app resource fork - repeatedly ( I was experimenting with PICS files). The final build should not have included that bit of code, but I made a mistake with the compiler flags. m2s and the upcoming pics2s both have the feature too.
Sooo, it isn't exactly a fatal bug, as long as you don't run out of disk space :), but I will fix them as soon as possible (by the upcoming weekend at latest). In the meantime I suggest you lock the apps so they can't change, or restrain your selves a little in the meantime. I am amazed that someone made 22 MB of sprite graphics! :eek:
Things should settle down a bit now after our initial burst of releases, bear with us and we'll go a more steady pace from here, keep the reports coming.
