I know this is kinda in advance but I want to get the team ready now. Once I get my new 3-d program (soon hopefully) up and running I am going to be making graphics for a plugin "Shockwave" and I am looking for a few good programmers to help make the plug. I can do it without help but I figure that someone out there had been looking to make a plugin and besides I don't have the freetime to do all of it and put it out before the turn of the year. But if thats what it takes thats what I'll do. I have been planning the names for ship types and I am working on the plot as of now. So please respond as soon as possible if you want to get a hand in the plot designing. Thank you for your time.

Hi Matrix, which program did you choose?
Regarding your plug-in, I might be able to help a little bit. I'm not too good in english grammar and I can't spend several hours a day, but if you need some tips, ideas, gameplay opinions, whatever... just ask.

I have the cinema 4d demo and I am starting to get used to it I am still thinking though. By the way how much is lightwave its like $2000 or something crazy like that right?
Yes, "to get used to it" is what happend to me too I used the demos of C4D, Infini-D, Strata,... and finally decided that Cinema4D has the user-friendliest interface. It's nice to handle, very fast and the modelling-possibilities are ok.
How much money are you willing to spend? If you don't have much, think about C4D GO, there is nothing else for 200 bucks. If you have more, well, Lightwave and C4D XL seem to be great, but I don't know what else you can get for such an amount (definately too much money for me :-)).
PS: If you choose Cinema4D, you might want to exchange models or tips? I'm still learning this kind of art and I'm happy about every advice I can get
