The guy who made it was called Jeremy Condit I think but I don't think he made a specific EVO version

You can use S-V with EVO. Just turn your EVO plug into an EV plug, make the missions and change it back. If you want to use the new features, just do those with Res.
Yes, I have done this. Over 100 missions, and it only ate them once.
