Can't find the Blue Dragon in Wyrm Valley. Where is it?

The blue dragon is near the Wyrm Valley, not in it. Go north 1 and west 1. There's a hidden space in the forest.

Actualy I think that the whole area is wyrm valley, the vally I think is all the area north of the river next to the woodsmen camp, and east of the river from the northern territorys.
