I still need to mess around with the düdes in (former) Voinian systems. I've finished the systems for the two races that I'm adding in relation to the North Tip asteroid belt. I've got Bryce working perfectly fine again, and I'm done with a station for one of the races. I've gotta finish the graphics of the new ships, and add the spöbs for the new races. When that's all done, I'll start on the missions. Here's what I need to know from you guys:
Would you like a Dur/Ala series of missions? What would you like to see develop in the strand war? What would you like to see happen between the Renegades and Humans? They are now involved in a direct war, and the independant systems between them are gone. Is there anything you want to see develop in Emaghla, and Hinwar and other races's systems that were freed upon the defeat of the Voinians?

But the Plasma Siphon is a worthless POS! It's literally the Particle Beam of EVO! The rest makes sense.

That Igadzra vs the rest idea is great :). There was an idea about that in some plugin... Burning Seasons I think, but that plug seems to be MIA. And most people want to see the igadzra get it as thy are so damn obnoxious

Hey! I like the Igazra better than the (tedious) Zigidar and the (Downright annoying) Azdigari. I'd like to see a Zig or Azd ship beat a Igazra w/out cheater weaps. or monty python.
Also, the Plasma Siphon IS usful- you can use it to slow down fighters, then finish them off.
To Micah L: Could you kill off the Voinians/Hinivar. I know, "but we all want to cheer on the little guy!", but I think the ability of the Emalgha (w/their wooden ships :p) and the Hinivar (w/their Voinian fighters and supply ships-NOOO! :eek realisticly wouldn't last to long. Voinians have BRUTE force to their advantage.
Question: If the Council fights the Igazra, then what will they (council) use? Standard Cresent tech? Plus, I don't think the Azdgari/Few pitful Zigidar would last to long against an Igazra surge (especially w/out the majority of Zigidar). 'Course, the Iggys could be damaged by their fight w/Zigidar. Plus, the Council is an unknown.

Oh, yeah. If the Voinian Armor evr got into Iggy hands, they would be unstoppable. Better yet, what if all Crecent ships were covered w/(heavy) armor. This would render phase cannon useless. They'd HAVE to develop something new. That would be a great opportunity to develop weapons based on each races mindset, traits, creativeness, etc.

If the Voinians are totally gone, you could expand on the Dur/Ala thing. Let's say after the Voinians were destroyed, Dur and Ala returned to war. Only now they each have their own systems and stellars(New Dur, New Ala). You could add new ships or tech for each of them and a few missions.
You could have the council declaring that the strands must be destroyed and have the re-uniting of the strands with a new name ( Need to keep same letters or just pick one of the ones there)

If so... thats kinda like my plug... its shortly after EVO but adds the old EV aliens.... where can I find some info so I dont end up making things like your plug-in?
I have a map of the Universe of mine... oh the humans and strandless in the south have joined and removed all Renegades... the North was than infested with fleeing southern renegades... thus making more renegade planets in the North... so ours certainly have alot of different things....

Yeah, the universe 5 years later. Don't worry, your's already sounds way different from mine. There is some info at my EVO site though (check the sig)
In mine the Igadzra are like the Italians... they join whoever's winning.
See, the Igadzra are not fighting the Zidagar or the Adzies.... So the Iggy missions only open up after you complete one sides mission strings... and in the end you get to deal with the council evil grin
Zids and Miranu against Renegades... Zids and Confederacy (Strands + Independents) against Adzies Confederacy and Humans against Aliens... and of course... humans and Emalgha against the Voinians...

I am wondering, does anyone think the Zids should have new ships... I am thinking of a Crescent or Lazira made purple perhaps.... And the Miranu... I am thinking of a a faster ship that can run from Renegades better... and maybe something a little better than a Gunship... like a Miranu Carrier/Warship type thing. Or maybe just give the Zachit Laziras and C. Warships... hmmmm SUGGESTIONS? Sorry to use your soap box micah... heh
