I know that you can beg a ship for fuel for a price or rob a ship for all its fuel. But is there a way to create a refueling ship?
I want to be able to have a ship that will completely fill your tanks like a KC-135 air-refueler.
Can It Be Done?
Or do I just have to shoot up mine enemies?

The only way I can think is to make this ship derelict. Board it for fuel. Of course, you can't chat with it, and it's kinda passive . . .
