Post a pilotlog; it should contain the ID of the system where the ship is.

Like egroeg5 said, you can't post pilot logs in EVO, or EV.
Glad you found the ship. Sometimes you have to wait a bit before jumping to the next system, because ships can hyper in to the system you're in right behind you.
