Wanting to move up in the world...
Hi, everyone.
Well, I've gone back to playing EVO, and have hit a bit of a brick wall. I realize there hasn't really been a walkthrough site made for it, but I am wanting to procede with the Elmagha attack on Romit and a Special Miranu Delivery that I read up about.
What must I do to get said missions?

Nice pilot name. Sorry, but my knowledge on EVO is rusty though. Just help the Emalgha a lot and you should come across it on their planet or I think even a UE planet or station might have it. Hope that helps a bit.
I believe it was...Outpost Gamma? You know, the one with commander D'Elron.

For the Emalgha mission, you will need Ultimate combat rating, and to have completed the preceding Emalgha diplomatic missions (which are easy to get). As always, the easy way to raise combat rating is to kill Voinians. Once you've got that, you can get the mission on Gurado (second moon of Emalghia), 50% of the time, as long as you're at least an Upstanding Citizen with them (not difficult). (Outpost Gamma will come into things later, but that's the second half of the offensive.)
For the Miranu it's not completely clear which mission you mean. Probably, it's one that you can get on any Miranu world, 100% of the time - as long as you have Ultimate combat rating.
Yeah, it's the one where you have a "special delivery to <DST>" from Miranu space.
I've played some more, gotten Ultimate, and have completed the Emalgha Misns. However, I still have yet to complete the Defend Krotun Misn.
What's the percent chance on said misn.?
100% - you get it at Luna.
