ok, this is the... somethingth (second? third?) zidagar mission.. the one where captain special (the one with lots of s's in his name, you meet him at the Zidagar home planet and you escort him to his new station, where the renegades attack) tells you to find the a.s.s. incision (might be different for other people) and kill it. trouble is, i cant find the darn thing. ive jumped around the near planets (alot of systems), and cant see it at all. i dont know if you have to wait in system for a bit, but if someone could reccomend a system that'd be nice .
I think it's somewhere three or four systems south along the edge of the Crescent.
Try DSN-682. If it's not there, post a pilotlog.

hmm.. tried DSN-682, but it didn't work. i then tried the pilotlog, but i can't get the textedit to save as a text, its 1 of 4: RTF, word format, word xml format, or HTML. i'm using a mac, and any help on this (and i STILL havn't found the bugger) will be appreciated
Format menu > Make Plain Text. Then save it.

Yes, most of the time you have to hyper in and wait a few seconds. I haven't played the Zidigar string for a while, sorry I can't help.

Just use ResEdit to find it
